Education
I am a qualified fully registered teacher in QLD, working at several high schools. I am currently holding the degrees such as Graduate diploma in learning and teaching, master of engineering etc. My teaching degree is specialized in math, physics, science and technology studies. Also I am a qualified Chinese teacher and got L1 (highest level) through the Education Queensland language assessment. At the same time, I am interested in teaching Japanese too as I have worked in Japan for several years.
Experience
I have 7 years tutoring experience for Math, Science, Physics, Japanese and Chinese. I have taught Junior Math, Senior Math (A, B, C), Science classes in high schools. I am always proud of my students I taught. For 2014, I had several Year 12 students to achieve VHA9, 8, 7 after tutoring. In addition, I am good at the Math competition tutoring. I trained several students who competed in some maths competition like ICAS, maths team challenge, OPTIMANDS etc. For Chinese teaching, one student who had Chinese tutoring won the 1st place in the State Chinese Speech contest. One student got the 1st place in the state writing competition. As to the Japanese teaching, the impressive thing is one year 12 student got VHA10 after tutoring. Here, I want to update the achievement of the students for 2015: all maths (Maths B or C) and physics students (11 and 12) got VHA(2,4,5,7,8,9); 3 adults students who learned Japanese sent me the copies of their job offers in Japan.
